Consumer Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Introduction

LineSqip helps guests at multivendor destinations — festivals, concerts, stadiums, arenas, conventions, food halls, entertainment districts, airports, destination cities, and similar venues — browse and order from the independent businesses ("Vendors") operating there.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how LineSqip, Inc. and its affiliates ("LineSqip," "we," "our," or "us") collect, use, retain, and disclose your Personal Information when you use our consumer app, websites, and related channels (together, the "Services").

This Policy does not apply to Vendors or their personnel, who are subject to their own privacy practices.

2. Personal Information We Collect

"Personal Information" is information that can reasonably be used to identify you. De-identified or anonymous information is not Personal Information. Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:

• Contact information — name, email address(es), phone number, and, if you choose to add one for shipped items, a delivery/shipping address.

• Account and profile information — username and credentials, preferences and notification settings, taste/dietary/allergy preferences you set during onboarding, and identifiers linked to your account, including information from third-party sign-in services (such as Apple or Google) that you connect.

• Identification and signature for age-restricted items — for certain orders (such as alcohol at a venue), a government-issued ID and/or signature may be processed to verify age and identity and for legal compliance.

• Communications — the content of messages, chats, calls, and emails with us or sent through the Services (such as order updates), support inquiries, and related metadata.

• Content you create — ratings, reviews, and photos about Vendors and your experiences.

• Payment information — card and payment-method details, which are primarily stored and processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we may retain limited details such as the last four digits and card brand.

• Activity and transactions — items and orders, cart contents, special instructions (e.g., dietary notes), order history, the Vendors you order from, promotions used, searches, and feature interactions.

• Geolocation — with your consent, precise device location, used to surface the venue you're at and nearby Vendors. You can use the Services without precise location (we then use approximate location), and you can turn it off anytime in your device settings.

• Device information — IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser and settings, language, and similar data.

Some of this (such as a government ID, precise location, or health-related notes like allergies) may be considered sensitive Personal Information under some laws. We use sensitive information only as needed to provide the Services and for legal, security, and safety purposes, and only with consent where the law requires it.

3. How We Collect Personal Information

• From you — when you create or update an account, place an order, set preferences, post content, contact us, or take part in surveys or promotions. If you provide information about others, you confirm you have the right to do so.

• Automatically — certain information is collected from your device and browser when you use the Services.

• Cookies and similar technologies — small files and SDKs/pixels that record settings and usage, depending on your choices.

• From service providers and partners — such as our payment processor, cloud/hosting provider, address-verification provider, communications, analytics, security, and fraud/identity-verification providers.

• From legal requests — from law enforcement, government agencies, or others involved in a matter.

4. How We Use Personal Information

• To provide and personalize the Services — letting you place and pay for orders, routing orders to the right Vendors, surfacing and ranking Vendors based on your location, preferences, and history, running promotions, and customizing your experience.

• To provide customer support — investigating and resolving issues and improving support.

• To develop, analyze, and improve the Services — debugging, understanding usage, and building new features.

• To advertise and promote the Services — including measuring and improving marketing; see your opt-out choices below.

• To communicate with you — about orders, updates, your account, and changes to our terms and policies.

• For authentication, integrity, security, and safety — verifying accounts and identity, providing secure payments, and detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unsafe or illegal activity (such as ensuring age-restricted orders go to the intended recipient).

• For legal and compliance reasons — to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, and exercise or defend legal claims.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

• To Vendors — to prepare your order and hand it off at pickup, to handle trust and safety matters (such as age-restricted items), and, if you link a Vendor loyalty program, to provide those benefits.

• To service providers — such as payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and infrastructure (Google Cloud/Firebase), address verification (Apple Maps), communications, analytics, security, and support providers, who may process information on our behalf.

• Publicly — content you choose to share publicly, such as ratings, reviews, and photos of items you ordered.

• To marketing and advertising partners — to deliver and measure advertising for LineSqip and Vendors, which in some jurisdictions may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" (see your opt-out rights below).

• For corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

• To government authorities or where legally required or permitted — to comply with law, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, or protect rights, property, and safety.

• To our affiliates — within our group of companies for the purposes described here.

• To others with your consent or at your direction.

6. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to: access and receive a portable copy of your Personal Information; delete your Personal Information and account; correct inaccurate information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your Personal Information for targeted advertising; appeal a decision on a rights request; and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Exercising rights. If you have an account, you can access, correct, and delete much of your information directly in the app — including deleting your account, which starts our data-deletion process. You can also contact us at privacy@linesqip.com. Authorized-agent requests should be sent to the same address with proof of authorization.

Communication choices. Manage push and email preferences in your account settings, use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, or reply STOP to marketing texts. Some messages are necessary to provide the Services, so fully stopping all communications may require deleting your account. You can also use browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where available.

7. State-Specific Disclosures

Notice at collection (California and similar states). For the categories of Personal Information we collect, the sources, the purposes, the categories of third parties we disclose to, and our sale/sharing practices, see the corresponding sections of this Policy above. You may exercise your rights as described in Section 6.

Consumer health data. Certain information you provide — such as allergy or dietary notes in an order's special instructions, or your purchases of health-related items — may indicate health status. We use and disclose this information as described in this Policy (for example, sharing relevant instructions with the Vendor preparing your order) and, where required, only with your consent.

8. Security and Retention

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please take care with what you share and contact us if you believe your account is no longer secure.

We retain Personal Information only as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law. When you delete your account, personal data is removed on the schedule described in our retention practices, while records we must keep (such as transaction records for tax) are retained in anonymized form.

9. Cross-Border Processing

LineSqip is based in the United States, and Personal Information may be stored and processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate, whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

10. Children

The Services are intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us Personal Information, contact us at privacy@linesqip.com.

11. Third-Party Sites

The Services may link to third-party sites we do not control (such as a Vendor's own site or loyalty program). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; any information you provide to them is governed by their policies.

12. How to Contact Us

Questions or concerns about this Policy? Contact us at privacy@linesqip.com, or LineSqip, Inc., Attn: Legal, [MAILING ADDRESS].

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice and/or obtain consent where required by law. Updates apply to information processed after the "Last updated" date above.
